To cut the video click open tab to add video and select the piece of video that you want to cut from video by adding starting timing and ending timing. Then click cut button and select video format , quality size, audio quality and saving destination. Now finish the video cutting process.
To convert the video format, add the video by nclicking the open menu . Then click in the cut tab from the right buttom side and check convert to another format red lower button and chose the format and quality from the output format menu.
